We are pleased to offer you the AwardCo recognition and rewards programs, as a way to show how much we appreciate and care about you. The AwardCo program has several programs to award points.
- Service Awards- These are awards based on your tenure with the company.
- Employee of the Month– Employees will be nominated by their manager and the Board of Directors will choose an employee. There will be an employee of the month for Texas, Arizona/Nevada, California and Corporate.
- Manager of the Month– Managers will be nominated by their VP and the Board of Directors will choose an employee. There will be a manager of the month for Texas, Arizona/Nevada, California and Corporate.
- Salesperson of the Month- They will be graded by specific criteria and chosen by the Board of Directors.

Dear Team,
It is with a mix of gratitude, pride, and a touch of bittersweet emotion that I write to share my decision to retire. My official retirement date will be March 31, 2026.
Serving alongside you has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Together, we have faced challenges, celebrated milestones, grown as professionals, and built something truly meaningful. None of our accomplishments would have been possible without your dedication, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
I am incredibly proud of the culture we have created—one rooted in teamwork, respect, innovation, and resilience. Watching this organization grow and seeing each of you develop your talents has been deeply rewarding. You are the heart of this company, and I have complete confidence that its best days are still ahead.
While I look forward to the next chapter of my life, I will always cherish the relationships, memories, and achievements we’ve shared. Thank you for your hard work, your trust, and your support over the years. It has truly been an honor to work with such an exceptional team.
I wish each of you continued success, growth, and fulfillment. Keep striving, keep supporting one another, and continue building something you can be proud of.
